By accessing and using Monitor DNS ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.

2. Description of Service

Monitor DNS provides DNS monitoring and alerting services that:

• Monitor your DNS records for unauthorized changes
• Send alerts when changes are detected
• Provide security insights and vulnerability detection
• Maintain historical records of DNS changes

3. User Accounts

To use our Service, you must:

• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use
• Be responsible for all activities under your account

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful or fraudulent activity
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
• Use the Service to monitor domains you do not own or have permission to monitor
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations

5. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. We reserve the right to:

• Temporarily suspend the Service for maintenance
• Modify or discontinue features with notice
• Set usage limits based on your subscription plan

6. Payment Terms

For paid subscriptions:

• Fees are charged in advance on a monthly or annual basis
• All fees are non-refundable except as required by law
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice
• Failure to pay may result in service suspension

7. Data and Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We collect and process DNS data solely to provide monitoring services.

8. Intellectual Property

The Service and its content are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of your DNS data while granting us permission to process it for service delivery.

9. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT DNS MONITORING WILL DETECT ALL CHANGES OR PREVENT SECURITY INCIDENTS.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

11. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. Upon termination:

• Your access to the Service will cease
• We will retain data according to our retention policy
• You may export your data before termination

12. Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
